A leading golf brand seeks a Direct to Consumer Sales Specialist to enhance golfer experiences and drive sales through effective communication and follow-up. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales experience, preferably in the golf industry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Job Title: Direct to Consumer Sales Specialist
Salary Range:$56,000- $70,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary:This DTC Sales Specialist role will be focused on providing a world class brand experience for golfers and accounts while influencing the conversion of open Fitting Day orders into sales. The Sales Specialist will reach out to golfers who attended public days to obtain feedback on their fitting experience and answer any questions to drive increased purchase behavior. The Sales Specialist will also communicate with Accounts who have recently conducted private fitting days to obtain feedback on the events and provide information about open orders by member with the goal of assisting the partner in closing sales. In addition, the Sales Specialist will become an expert in SureFit Hub to assist in the consumer post-purchase journey when necessary to ensure any issues are resolved expeditiously. As the face of the brand, the Sales Specialist will ensure that dedicated golfers are served in a best in class manner by providing information on DTC order status, making suggestions where appropriate to expedite orders, and professionally administer all aspects of the golfer journey with Titleist to build brand equity. Finding positive outcomes in long lead time situations to maintain sales and build brand equity is fundamental to success in this position, along with assisting with public fitting day event scheduling and providing information to close sales on Titleist.com.
