Job Title: Direct to Consumer Sales Specialist
Salary Range: $56,000- $70,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: This DTC Sales Specialist role will be focused on providing a world class brand experience for golfers and accounts while influencing the conversion of open Fitting Day orders into sales. The Sales Specialist will reach out to golfers who attended public days to obtain feedback on their fitting experience and answer any questions to drive increased purchase behavior. The Sales Specialist will also communicate with Accounts who have recently conducted private fitting days to obtain feedback on the events and provide information about open orders by member with the goal of assisting the partner in closing sales. In addition, the Sales Specialist will become an expert in SureFit Hub to assist in the consumer post-purchase journey when necessary to ensure any issues are resolved expeditiously. As the face of the brand, the Sales Specialist will ensure that dedicated golfers are served in a best in class manner by providing information on DTC order status, making suggestions where appropriate to expedite orders, and professionally administer all aspects of the golfer journey with Titleist to build brand equity. Finding positive outcomes in long lead time situations to maintain sales and build brand equity is fundamental to success in this position, along with assisting with public fitting day event scheduling and providing information to close sales on Titleist.com.
Responsibilities:- Fitting Event Sales Conversion: A priority of this DTC Sales Specialist role will be following up with consumers who attended public fitting days, or accounts who hosted private fitting days with the goal of converting quoted orders into completed sales. The Sales Specialist will provide a world class brand experience either the consumer or account staff, while influencing purchases by clearly presenting the available product purchase opportunity and providing advice and assistance to close the sale.
- Sure Fit Hub Pro Global Expertise: Manage the post-Fitting Event consumer purchase process to make sure that any issues are resolved quickly and positively. When priority fitting events are identified, this team will collaborate with our Order Management team to make sure these orders are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible, so we exceed golfer expectations.
- Order Experience Management: Represent the brand in a best-in-class manner with dedicated golfers by providing information on DTC order status, making suggestions where appropriate to expedite orders and professionally administer all aspects of the golfer journey with Titleist to build brand equity. Finding positive outcomes in long lead time situations to maintain sales and build brand equity is fundamental to success in this position.
- Fitting Event Lead Generation: DTC Sales Specialists provide exceptional product information and advice via phone, email, and virtual consultations, to assist golfers in finding and scheduling appointments for Public Fitting Days and driving Clubs sales through Titleist.com.
Qualifications:- BS or BA Degree is required, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years experience in sales, customer service, or the golf industry. Clubs Fitting, Retail Sales or Pro Shop service experience is critical. Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and order management systems is beneficial. Acushnet Company Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in office and sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be a skilled communicator with positive energy and strong influencing skills, along with a strong golf product IQ. Must be able to provide clear and concise information about sales opportunities and orders to golfers and accounts who look to Titleist as the most trusted brand in golf. Must have a high level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology.
