Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Tax Technology and Transformation practice in the United States. You’ll help clients automate tax determination and compliance across ERP and custom systems, leveraging SSIS ETL, SQL Server, SAP and Oracle, and Power BI tools in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

You will lead cross-functional engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to delivering value through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS and a master’s in Accounting/Tax Tech or related field with ≥5 years of experience.
• CPA license or bar membership or progress toward them.
• Strong interest in technology and business processes; excellent communication.
• Ability to lead a team, mentor counselees, and manage client work; willing to travel.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support client projects, delivering MS SQL Server, SharePoint and Power BI solutions.
• Implement third-party tax applications and automate internal tax operations.
• Help develop and mentor a high-performing team while preserving quality and value.
