Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
• Monitor safety and living environments to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Intervene when aggressive or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans.
• Provide on-call support to staff and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
