Direct Support Supervisor / RHA Health Services / Bucks County

We are hiring for a Regular position. We are looking for a positive and personable individual to supervise and support a team in residential homes/facilities, focusing on individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities and those facing mental health and substance use challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support Employees.
• Manage residential homes/facilities as assigned.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Provide after‑hours and on‑call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
• Monitor and provide feedback to employees on interactions and relationships with the people supported.
• Ensure that people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard.
• Help implement services and supports that assist the people we support in achieving personal goals and desired outcomes as identified through an Individual Support Plan.
• Carry out the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required; Associate Degree in a health‑related area or two years’ experience in a health‑related field preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and availability for on‑call coverage as needed.
• Provide CPR after certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Pre‑employment screening (criminal background, registry checks, drug testing, education verification).
• Proof of employment history or references if required.
• Positions requiring driving must demonstrate proof of driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle.
