Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor in Goshen, Indiana to coordinate program operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will hire, train, schedule staff, coordinate activities and keep detailed records for individuals served.

You'll lead a team with coaching and planning skills, support community integration, monitor safety, and respond to emergencies with on-call shifts. Monday–Friday day hours with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field.
• One year experience in a related field.

• Certification in medication administration or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the integration of individuals into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social activities.
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals by ensuring the living environments and program activities are in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Intervene when aggressive and/or inappropriate behavior occurs to implement behavior plans and strategies.
• Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and locate staff to fill shifts when necessary.
