• Monitors service and care provisions for quality and effectiveness.
• Ensures implementation of Individual Service and Behavior Plans as intended.
• Monitors documentation related to all aspects of the service location per policy.
• Reports service plan and care concerns to the Supervisor.
• Develops and implements changes to service plans to ensure positive outcomes.
• Monitors health status of clients and directs concerns to the medical team.
• Reviews physician orders and treatments as prescribed.
• Develops weekly meal menus that meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Manages budget and conducts shopping for groceries and supplies.
• Prepares monthly activities calendar for client engagement.
• Assesses staff performance and provides feedback and coaching.
• Conducts staff evaluations per HR guidelines.
• Maintains staff morale and open, collaborative communication.
• Creates weekly schedules to minimize overtime and cover shifts.
• Monitors staff coverage and accurate timekeeping practices.
• Delivers location and staff training, including cross-training.
• Inspects facility condition and reports hazards or repairs needed.
• Ensures cleanliness of the facility and compliance with standards.
• Maintains company-owned vehicles and reports maintenance needs.
• Manages petty cash, credit card use, and client funds per policy.
• Performs direct care in line with DSP essential functions.
• Produces clear, professional written updates.
• Adheres to confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Follows policies and implements new procedures as directed.
• Reports abuse, rights violations, or fraud to management.
