Job summary

Rent-A-Daughter is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide loving, in-home care to senior adults in our community.

You will develop positive relationships, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, supportive home environment. Paid training and ongoing support are provided, with a starting hourly rate of $18–$20 plus differentials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dependability and compassion.
• A heart and passion for serving others.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and manage tasks requiring bending, lifting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance.
