Job summary

Crimson Heights Behavioral Health in Cedar City, UT seeks a Direct Support Staff to support teens and young adults with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges within a structured day program.

You will guide residents, assist with daily routines, coordinate transport for community activities, and document observations to ensure safety and progress toward treatment goals. Hours include both full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6–12 months experience working with individuals with behavioral/mental health challenges.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree and training/knowledge of behavior analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents.
• Help teens and young adults work toward their treatment goals.
• Participate in daily routines—chores, activities, groups, and events.
• Document observations and report safety concerns.
