Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass Medication Certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities to encourage growth.
• Complete time and attendance logs, daily notes, and progress reports.
• Participate in program planning and client-specific goals.
• Administer medications and ensure health and safety guidelines.
• Use least intrusive methods to support client needs.
• Encourage community involvement and use of public resources.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
