• Document care, behavior support and teaching in records and schedules.
• Encourage participation in Person-Centered Support Plans.
• Attend staff and team meetings and plan meetings.
• Support Capper Foundation mission and participate in activities.
• Follow organizational policies; perform other duties as assigned.
