PeopleInc is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals in Lewiston and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living tasks, support personal goals, and promote independence while upholding safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing).
• Lifting requirement of 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events.
• Follow care plans that respect each person’s choices, strengths, and needs.
• Ensure safety, health, and dignity in every interaction.
