Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation.
• Empathetic with a team approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and health of individuals during day program.
• Supervise and coach individuals in daily living skills (food prep, cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Oversee planning, implementation, and documentation of programs meeting needs.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteering, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program.
