Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking to hire overnight Group Home Staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. Graveyard shifts run roughly from 12am to 8am, with compensation starting at $15.00–$17.75 per hour.

No prior experience is necessary, and training is provided while benefits such as PTO, health, vision, dental, and 401k match are available. Our night shift staff stay awake and present to assist residents, keep the home clean, help with breakfast, and

• No experience required; we provide training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities
