Job summary

Rise Services Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities in residential homes, day programs, and community settings. The role includes assisting with daily living, hygiene, meal prep and mobility, with behavioral supports as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Approved Background Clearance Application, through the Office of Licensing annually.
• Specific language abilities (other than English) may be required.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with daily living, hygiene, meal prep, mobility and behavior supports.
• Support individuals in residential homes, day programs and community settings as assigned.
• Follow training and supervision guidelines and meet minimum training renewals.
