Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Homemaking and daily living assistance as part of care plans.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Assisting with hygiene management and personal care.
• Support independent living skills and daily activities.
• Documentation of daily activities and observations.
• Communicate concerns of clients to the supervisor.
• Transporting clients within the community and assisting with appointments.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
