The position supports daily living activities, medical assistance, and transportation as needed, with opportunities for advancement within a mission-driven team that values every employee.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age due to auto liability coverage.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and perform record-keeping.
• Must meet state agency requirements and have good standing with state abuse/neglect registry.
• Ability to learn basic computer skills.
• Prior DSP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment for individuals served.
• Assist individuals with medication and treatment plans as needed.
• Assist with home maintenance, budgeting, shopping, and daily life activities.
• Provide transportation in company or personal vehicle as requested.
