Options Residential, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Rosemount, MN. The role supports residents with mental illness, brain injuries, or substance use concerns, providing personal care, daily living skills, meal assistance, and activity support.

Training is provided, with many shifts available and entry-level pathways. Schedule: Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm, with benefits eligibility after 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to perform personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting)
• Valid US driver1s license
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents as needed
• Teach and maintain residentsy skills
• Assist with cooking and feeding
• Support residentss hobbies, studies and social activities
• Administer medications
• Participate in recreational activities with residents
