BAYADA is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one‑on‑one support in Cranberry Township and surrounding areas, delivering care in homes and communities. You’ll help clients live more independently, build relationships, and encourage participation in daily activities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (autism, Down syndrome, and other IDD).

Responsibilities

• Help individuals live more independently while building meaningful relationships.
• Support community involvement and social activities.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and mentorship.
