BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Cranberry Township, Zelienople, and nearby areas to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.

Positions offer flexible schedules and weekly pay. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, foster meaningful connections, and support daily living activities, personal care, and transportation to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals live more independently while building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting community involvement and social activities
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and mentorship
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Helping clients achieve personal goals and greater independenceTransporting clients to appointments, errands, and community outings

Qualifications
