BAYADA Home Health Care in Pittsburgh is hiring a Direct Support Professional - DSP to help individuals with I/DD live more independently and confidently in their community.

This part-time role offers weekly pay, paid training, flexible scheduling, and supportive management, with potential to reach up to 40 hours per week in Canonsburg and surrounding areas.

You’ll assist with personal care, accompany clients to errands, and support everyday activities in a positive, caring team environment.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities
