Brightway Living and Learning is seeking a Direct Service Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, promoting independence and community involvement. This is a full-time hourly role with flexible schedules across multiple shifts.

Applicants must have a NYS driver's license for 18+ months with a clean driving history; new hires may start at $19/hour if criteria aren’t met.

• Must have valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.
• Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.
• Promote social inclusion by supporting participation in community activities.
• Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy and patience.
• Collaborate effectively with a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
