Job summary

Brightway Living & Learning in New York is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time, hourly position ($21.00–$23.10/hour). You will support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities, promote independence, and help them engage with their communities.

New hires must have a valid NYS driver's license with 18+ months driving history and completion of Brightway Transportation Orientation; those not meeting criteria may start at $19.00/hour.

• Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.
