Brightway Living and Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time, hourly employment in New York. The DSP will support individuals with disabilities in daily living, transportation, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history.
• Successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation.
• New hires not meeting criteria receive a lower rate starting at $19.00/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and transportation.
• Support community outings and promote independence.
• Foster social inclusion and well-being.
• Collaborate with DSPs, supervisors, and families to ensure quality care.
