Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one in home and community settings, following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours with local cases across New Jersey. A DDD‑focused agency, ASG Home Care provides consistent onboarding, supportive management, and opportunities to grow within the agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support in home and community settings
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care and transportation
• Follow each client’s ISP and promote independence
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
