Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one on-site, following each person’s ISP and promoting independence.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal prep, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation per each ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with individuals you support
