Job summary

Caring Professionals Homecare, LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in Minnesota under 245D regulations. You will provide direct care, implement care plans, and assist with community activities while logging hours via the EVV app.

Required are a valid driver’s license, reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pass MN DHS background check and not be excluded from healthcare programs.
Complete Orientation and Positive Support Rule training online or in-person.
Vulnerable Adult Training required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful, compassionate manner.
Implement and follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
Accompany and drive individuals to appointments, community activities, and errands.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services provided.
Log hours and services using the Electronic Verification Visit App.
