Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help clients reach goals, learn new skills, and enjoy meaningful activities with compassionate support for daily living tasks.

Requirements include being at least 18, having at least 1 year DSP experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year related DSP experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• Helping with meal preparation and cleanup.
• Supporting light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offering companionship and encouragement.
• Accompanying individuals to appointments, errands, or community activities.
