Job summary

Vista Care in Montello, WI is hiring FT non-exempt caregivers for behavioral health programs. You will provide daily living support, assist with hygiene, dressing, and meals, and work to maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Caregivers receive specialized training, weekend premiums and a daily pay option. The role offers flexible 12-hour shifts (3 or 4 days) and full benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check; Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral care & safety: Implement specialized support plans to manage aggression while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Daily support & advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living and preserve dignity.
• Shift dependability: Remain on duty to ensure resident safety until relief staff arrives.
