You will help clients engage in the community, advocate for rights, and promote independence in daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, coordinating transportation, and ensuring documentation is accurate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow regulations.
