Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in Massachusetts required.
• Mandatory trainings completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Implements ISP objectives and behavior plans.
• Prepares ISP paperwork and reports.
• Provides training in personal care.
• Provides one-on-one supervision to individuals.
• Completes written reports and maintains communication with families and staff.
• Attends required meetings and trainings.
• Supports scheduling and transportation for social activities.
• Ensures safety and adherence to routines.
