Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multitasking and teamwork skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Promote participation in community activities and independent living skills.
• Document care and follow Sevita guidelines.
