Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants set and work toward personal goals.
