RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a part-time role in Holloway, OH. You will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, advocate for rights, assist with daily living, and help with community inclusion.

Responsibilities include transportation, documenting services, promoting independence, and ensuring safety. A compassionate, patient attitude and strong communication are essential. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass pre-employment screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to foster independence while providing support as needed.
• Knowledge of disability rights, self-advocacy, and community integration.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.
