Responsibilities

• Implements program schedule and activities for consumers.
• Teaches and guides individuals and groups to reinforce skills and independence.
• Transports consumers to and from Day Program and between sites as required.
• Observes and reports on consumer behavior and progress to supervisor.
• Provides personal care support (toileting, dressing, feeding) as needed.
• Maintains logs, data sheets and reports for the program.
