Job summary

A dedicated social services organization is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in achieving independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, documentation of care, and promoting wellbeing. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's License is a must.
• Experience in social services or with developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Competitive pay: Starting rate of$16.40 - $17.40 per hour (depending on experience, location and position) and up to$18.10 - $18.70 per hourwithin one year, based upon completing required Growth Ladder training
