Job summary

Jawonio is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with developmentally disabled adults in home settings in New City, NY. You will support daily living activities and help residents reach personal goals within a compassionate, structured environment.

Compensation includes $18.11 per hour with a $3,000 sign-on bonus, plus available full-time, part-time or per diem positions and multiple shifts (morning, evening, overnight).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's License Required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living and help them achieve their goals.
• Provide support, instruction, and written documentation of care.
• Promote wellbeing within the residence.
