Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assists Clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks such as showers, dressing, housekeeping, grocery shopping, meals, and budgeting.
• Provides transportation to activities and appointments as needed; valid Arkansas Driver's License required.
• Maintains communication via logs and meetings regarding clients' needs and progress toward the plan of care.
• Completes required documentation: Behavioral Reports, Incident Reports, forms, progress reports, and attendance logs.
• Follows Medicaid guidelines for vehicle maintenance and mileage/billing forms; reports incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Assists in Plan of Care development and ensures safety, health, and security for clients.
• Follows medication management guidelines and documents procedures.
