Alay Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver direct care and behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The role involves hands-on care, transportation, and community integration.

Starting pay is $21.40 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and sick leave; in-person work location with training provided through the College of Direct Support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
