Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with pay ranging from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and sick leave. Training provided through the College of Direct Support.

Qualifications

• Direct care and ADLs experience preferred.
• Background checks and DDD clearances required.
• Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
