Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a Substitute/Pool Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities across Jefferson, WI and nearby areas. You will plan activities, provide daily living support, and help clients integrate into the community.

Training is provided and you will become a CBRF certified DSP after completion. Roles include transporting clients, documenting reports, and maintaining a safe environment, with opportunities for growth and stable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and write reports.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train between areas to be a versatile DSP.
• Plan and teach recreational activities and daily living tasks.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients when needed and complete accurate reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; follow safety and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in training to achieve CBRF DSP certification.
