Job summary

St. Coletta of Wisconsin in Jefferson, WI seeks a SUB (Substitute/Pool) Direct Support Professional (DSP).

You will cross-train between areas, plan and teach recreational activities and daily living tasks, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. Training is provided; after completing the program you will become a CBRF certified DSP, with competitive wages and a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent training/experience.
• Language Skills: ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Certificates/Licenses: valid driver's license and ability to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train between areas to be a versatile DSP.
• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration.
• Transport clients and complete accurate reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
