St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking a Substitute/Pool Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in Jefferson, WI and nearby areas. You will cross-train across roles, plan and teach recreational activities, and support daily living and community integration.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend documents and write reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and staff.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn required software.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train between areas to be a versatile DSP.
• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal cares and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients, complete and maintain accurate reports, and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in training; after completion, become a CBRF certified DSP.
