Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to Speak, Read and Write English Language.
• One year of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and/or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to Meadows residents.
• Ensure safety and rights of residents; interact with residents, staff and visitors with respect and dignity.
• Understand and implement behavioral programs.
• Assist residents in learning new skills and completing daily living activities.
• Assist with cooking and meal preparation.
• Support home management in clothing and personal care.
• Help residents participate in community activities and appointments.
• Maintain confidential documentation and records.
• Assist residents in off-site activities and employment.
