Job summary

The role involves recruiting, evaluating candidates, and managing Direct Support Professionals' assignments, while addressing customer service expectations.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, and be driven to achieve high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience working with individuals with IDD.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to hire quality DSPs.
• Visit assigned individuals and their teams at home.
• Match and evaluate candidate skills to individual needs.
• Negotiate salary and terms with candidates.
• Manage DSPs and resolve performance issues.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
