The Centers for Habilitation in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Provider to join our care team. This full-time role supports individuals with disabilities in Day Program and Group Homes, with evenings, weekends, and nights available. No experience is required, and paid training is provided.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus background checks and drug screening. Drivers are preferred; a valid AZ driver’s license and motor vehicle check may be required.
