The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) in Arizona seeks Direct Support Providers to care for individuals in Day Program and residential Group Homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass background checks and a pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or equivalent.

Paid training is provided. Drivers are preferred and a valid AZ driver’s license with a motor vehicle check are required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Care for our supported individuals in Day Program and in residential Group Homes.
