Job summary

As a caregiver, you will assist with personal care, support participants in community activities, and help them meet goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while staying patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma not required.
• Strong communication and caring skills to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Take initiative to act in the best interests of participants.

Pay $19.32 per hour!

What Youll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma not required
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
