Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team, supporting participants with personal hygiene and daily activities while helping them achieve meaningful goals in the community.

We offer $20.83 per hour, full benefits for full-time staff, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement.
