Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Rhinelander, WI to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your role will involve fostering meaningful relationships, supporting daily living skills, and promoting personal development.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors expected.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Help participants with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Assist participants in reaching developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition.
